The National Trust put together a list of ten coastal running spots from Devon to County Down. None of them are in Cornwall, which is rather the point — go take a look.
This site is about Cornwall, at least for now, so when the National Trust put together a list of the best coastal running spots in the country, we are not the ones who wrote it. Better to send you to the people who did than to rewrite their work as if it were ours.
Their list runs to ten places from Devon to County Down: forty kilometres of coastline visible at once from Baggy Point, otters at Bosherston Lakes on the Stackpole estate in Pembrokeshire, guillemots and razorbills off the cliffs at Whitehaven in Cumbria, kittiwakes and fulmars along The Leas above Souter Lighthouse in Tyne and Wear. Worth a look if your running ever takes you outside Cornwall.

We will keep building our own Cornish routes properly. But a good list already exists here, and pointing at it beats writing a worse version ourselves.
